Voice Biometrics is a single and highly secure method to verify claimed Identities. It verifies a speaker with a voice application such as IVR or a mobile App. It compares a single repetition of a passphrase to the voice that is stored in the system's database. The Enrolment phase involves customer care executive verify the user. Once verified the system would ask the user to speak his passphrase and subsequently the Voice Quality for the passphrase is verified. The Passphrase before being stored is converted to Voice Print (so that the same cannot be stolen).
The Consumer calls the system. The system would ask the user to identify and say the required passphrase. This passphrase is then compared with the one stored during the enrolment phase. As part of the comparison, the score is generated and user is authentication in case the score is less than the threshold score.
